If I am a Catholic basher, what are bishops who protect pedophile priests?

From Wisconsin State Journal today quoting James Carroll who was ordained a Catholic priest in 1969, served s a chaplain at Boston University, then gave up the priesthood five years later. He was a self-described "radical priest"
